Spirit of Baltimore
Baltimore, United States
Experience Baltimore on the water with Spirit Cruises, one of the largest operators of sightseeing and dinner cruises in the area.
The Spirit of Baltimore offers a dinner and entertainment cruise around the harbor and into the Chesapeake. The buffet dinner is followed by dancing as a DJ plays the latest hits. The cruise last about 3 hours and offers great views of the city as the sun descends. Spirit of Baltimore also offers a 2 hour lunch package.
The Inner Harbor Spirit is a 75 minute tour of the immediate area, going as far east as Fells Point, down to Fort McHenry and back to Inner Harbor. The trip offers great views and a narration describing the sights along the way. Unlike the Spirit of Baltimore, the Inner Harbor Spirit is not a dinner cruise. Drinks and snacks are available on board.
The Seadog Baltimore offers a more excitement on the water. The 50 minute narrated tour is aboard a speed boat with top speeds of 35 MPH. That may not seem fast, but on the water, you might feel you are doing 100.
Spirit of Baltimore also offers themed cruises including Holiday trips, Gospel Lunch cruises and Jazz Cruises.
There are at two nearby pay parking lots. One is the surface lot at Conway and Light Street and the other is at the Intercontinental Hotel.
Light rail and MARC Trains stop at Camden Yards, only four blocks away from the Spirit of Baltimore ships.
